I had my 750 DP Holley apart this weekend was curious about this...

Does anyone know what the holes where the red arrows are for in the primary metering block?? And why are they in a different spot on the secondary metering block (yellow arrows)??

Kill bleeds. Basically you can think of them as a siphon break for lack of a better term. Part of the main circuit.

Any idea why they are different locations in the different metering blocks? Does it even matter?
