Has anyone used this stock replacement oil pan?

Does it have effective oil baffling?

Does a stock car pickup work with it?

Where is the best place to buy one?

Too many cars, too many parts, too little coin, too little space to work in, too little time left to make it all happen! Update: down to one ride, still too many parts, a little more jingle in the pocket, gaining space, and it's going to happen this year!

I have the 318/340 version of that pan.

The baffles are better than factory, since ther are no baffles in the factory pan anything would be better. However, the baffling is simply a plate across the front and a plate across the rear of the pan sump. It is about the least amount of effort you could put into it and call it baffling, imo. Is it effective? Well, it's more effective than stock, but it is NOT by any stretch of the imagination a "road race" quality setup.

I am running the stock pickup on mine.

Bought mine from Summit.

It's a nice quality pan that is a step above stock and probably adequate for most street driving, especially when used with a windage tray. However, if you also run the Milodon oil pan stud kit there is an interference issue at teh back of the pan.

Don't be the exception.
