Using ether for quick starts. Some one here said it is like dumping sand down the carb!

some big rigs have an either start system on board. worked at a big truck dealership for 9 yeras. never heard anything bad about the ocassional use.

I remember that liquid sand post & it scared me a bit because I use that stuff all the time.

I've used it on subborn lawn mowers and weed wackers. Never found it necessary on my Barracuda

WD-40 can be used as a starting fluid and won't cause the hammering that ether does.
