Because an item like this is very specialized and the market for these is very small, and our clearance page does not reach very many people. Plus, it needs a small crack repair which most people don't want to deal with, but it's why we are offering it at a good price.


2. What would identify this 1964 block as being for a CSS?

It's a 1964 block which is stamped "T" for truck, as well as "HP" for high performance. No other application would have been stamped this way.
