Omahaduster OP member O Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 13 Omaha,NE	I have a 76' Longbed that I wouldnt mind being short. If anyone could measure from the rear of the wheel well to the tailgate on the inside of the bed? I am wanting to see if it would be easier to cut the bed down or find a shortbed which dont come around a lot. Thanks in advance.

440newport master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 4,587 St. John's Newfoundland	I don't have exact measurements. But you'll need to take out about 12" in the front section, and about 4" behind the rear wheels. I looked into doing it too, but decided to just fix up the long bed truck and junk the shorty.
