column itself is the same. Shaft is what it would and could be diff specially because the articulated setup what attachs to steering box. You could take one shaft and mount on the other one though.
wiring, yes definitelly the same.

if you mean about the interchange manual guide... sorry I don't trust about... They simply compare Part Numbers not the actual pieces... some of the PN were simply supersedes numbers

since 73, shaft uses BOTH couplers... rubber and the metallic coupler... beside that there are two kind of rubber couplers, thick one with metallic inserts and a thin one without inserts
