I am missing some small parts for a complete R5 engine.

A few oil galley plugs that are held with snap rings. Think they were removed for inspection when building another block and got lost.

Need about a half set of head studs. Not sure what happened to this stuff.

The screw in plugs with the O-ring for the oil galley access on the side of the block as well as the water drain plugs. Should be the same.

I have attempted to reach the guy I bought the stuff from and have not heard back.

I don't mind buying these parts new but not sure what the correct terms for the parts are and who supplied them when new.

I might call him if I don't come up with something from a small timer first. Would rather help a fellow racer as a first choice.

the gallery plugs with the o rings are called O ring boss ports or ORB for short. its a straight thread with a special relief for an o ring at the top. these are available both in steel and aluminum. once you identify the thread, the size correlates to a dash number like a 9/16x18 thread will be a -6 port.

I have some of the O-ring boss plugs like used on fuel pumps and things. The thread and O-ring is correct. The problem I had with them is the hex head would not clear the block around the hole.

I will look and see if I can find some with the allen head in them. Thanks for the info.

Hopefully someone will come up with the galley plugs for the oiling circuits. I am missing three and would buy more just to have them. These are the ones held in by snap rings and have the 1/4" 20 thread hole to pull them out. The have a recess and oil ring for sealing the hole.

I got mine from a local Hydraulic hose and fitting supply store.
