Can anyone point me towards a good write-up or other source that shows how to install tail lights or side indicators flush with the sheet metal? You know that type that appears to blend right in with the clear coat.

Thanks,
Jerry

There's a difference between ignorance and stupidity. Ignorance is not knowing any better. Stupidity is knowing, yet doing it anyway.

I remember that one company had those, but it's typical fab work. Find a lense that can be mounted from behind. Weld on some studs or nuts, then cut the hole and body work the lense to fit. Polish the lens, paint the body and mount. I've seen some use clear silicone to fill the gap.

I had/have an article somewhere in a Street Rodder mag (I think, it's from years ago) on how to do it yourself. Nothing premade that I know of.

You might surf thier website.
