There is a couple spots for "other", so you can type in a response about their prices or whatever.
Like what was already stated, most of the survey seems to center around the 1000ft racing

Great, another "We sincerely care what you think. Your call is important to us. It will be answered in the order received, blah."

If the results endorse what they already decided to do, they'll publish them.
If not, they won't.

Interesting, I got mine in an e mail a few days ago. I am NOT a NHRA member but I did have CREW credentials at Indy this year. To get those you have to fill out a couple of forms with personal info. I quess that qualified me. I did answer and add several comments on sportsman racing. It may not help but it sure cant hurt.
