1970 should be the solid T shaped jack not the hollow one like in the picture.....unless they used a 71 on your 70...anything is possible...

Look for your date code on the ratchet assy and see what you've got...Here's an example 9 F ...9 for 69... F would be june {letter coresponds with month} this is an early 70 piece with the solid mast...Later 70 could be tube style...

My cuda has a 418 SPD(april 18 1970)
and I did not know at what point they used or changed type of ratchet assy. This is the tube type, but I will look at the date code and part numbers and get back with them

Thanks Bob

I have the one you have pictured on mine. From what I understand, it was a mid year production change.

Hey Bob,

Is that the jack from the purple or gold car?

I never looked at either car's jack, LOL.

I may have another jack from another '70 Cuda I had a few years back if the dates are wrong.

That sounds like a good myth, considering they used the same hollow jacks on 68 and 69 models.

Randy, I think your right it maybe a 102 I need to get all the numbers.
The 1970 parts book is calling for a 101 for cuda and 102 for challenger and the 100 for a valiant
Thanks

I think the company may have decided to drop the 101 and use the 100 for both the Cuda & Valiant.
I also think the 101 was correct for most of the 70 Barracudas.

Here is a comparison picture of the 100 & 101 jack hooks.

The 100 hook is for chrome bumpers & 101 for elastomaric bumpers IIRC?
