Thanks for the info.
I am picking up a 96 tomorrow and can't wait. I have always wanted one. It needs work and paint but I know a guy that can take care of that.. MEE

I have a black 97 SS/T myself & love it

There was a guy on one of the forums that had a NOS Indy decal kit for your truck for sale a while back. ForTrucksOnly I think

I read somewhere that they don't do the whole kit.
Up until I bought my SS/T I never really paid much attention to either the Indy or SS/T much so I'm not sure what the Indy requires as far as decals.

If you need wheels you can get those new on ebay for $159 each
Center caps $20-50

I saw a NOS Roll Pan go for almost $800 & a used one for $350

I feel good about giving $775 for mine last year with a new trans that would only manual shift
I'm hunting another truck only a perfect black one to swap the body parts with & make my daily driver as well as fix my hail ridden sheet metal on my SS/T

Good luck with the Indy!

I ordered it with every factory option including 4 wheel ABS, suregrip & engine block heater-[I was told that leather was not available when I placed the order in late '96.]
The factory original black paint slowly delaminated over the years [just like my 01 PT Cruiser]. I repainted the truck & painted the stripes on even though I have a complete set of NOS stripes.
I am looking for an OEM rollpan if anyone comes across one.

I had a bumper put on my truck, at no charge, a few days after I bought the truck. I've kept the roll pan all these years. I've been tempted to put it back on the truck since I lowered it a few years back. It looked kinda goofy on the truck at stock height.

I remember seeing an Indy Ram on the Advantage Dodge lot in Murfreesboro, TN. I fell it love with the color, stripes, and wheels. I could not afford it being a college student. After I graduated and got my first job, I stopped by on my lunch break to look at a nice used Indy at the same dealership. They sold it before I got off work that day.

A few months later, I stopped by to see if they had any Dakota R/T's on the lot. I didn't realize they made the SS/T in 1998 until I saw a black one sitting on the showroom floor. The next morning, I signed up for 60 months of $388.86 check writing.
