any fit issues? are they made just like the original? specifically 69 barracuda .

I have used them. They are patterned from the 67-71 style. There are year to year variations so depending on what car you are doing there may be some differences. The late 71-76 cars used different stampings that are not being made. The right in particular changed in late 71. For your 69 Barracuda they will look correct
The AMD inner fenders fit darn near perfect.
Just a tip when welding them in. Drill through the cars rails and flanges and weld them from the back side. That way there is no drilling or grinding on the new panel at all and the welds will resemble the original spotwelds.
I installed them on a 69 Dart and was 100% happy with the fit and quality. In fact I bought another pair for my 71 Demon
