I feel stupid asking something so basic, but I hate working on new cars. I've changed oil and much more on plenty of old vehicles through the years but this thing is brand new to me and I don't want to mess it up.

So far, I've gleaned that it uses a cartridge type oil filter, takes 6 quarts of 5W-20, and that you need to move part of the air box out of the way to get to the oil filter cartidge from up top with a 25mm socket to take it off.

Does this sound right so far? Is it pretty obvious where the oil drain bolt is? I don't want to get it mixed up with the trans drain bolt when I'm down there. Again, I hate working on new front wheel drive cars so sorry for the stupid questions.

Any tips for me changing the oil on the wife's minivan? One last thing, do places like Napa, Autozone have the crush washer for the drain bolt or do I have to get that at the dealer?
