Are these the proper steps for alignment after a manual steering swap??

1) Count the turns on the steering box and split the difference to find center and install.

2) Install steering column and install steering wheel so it is centered.

3) Adjust torsion bars for ride height

4) Get alignment done at a competent shop.

Is this the correct order? Am I missing anything?

turn box to halfway thru its' travel. Install column/wheel so the spokes are centered. 1/2 tank of gas (or 6 lbs per gallon of gas of weights set in trunk). tires to the psi you will run. loosen LCA front tapered stud nuts & UCA cam bolt nuts. set your weight in barbells in the dr seat then set ride height to where the front wheels look good to you in the wheelwells & in doing so I'd get the dimention from the LCA rubber bumper up to the frame dimention the same on each side. bounce the front end after each adjustment. Ahead of time have the eccentrics turned till you have max caster (top of spindles as far to the rear as possible). Use bungee cords to secure a yardstick horizontle on each tire sort of toward the lower part across the sidewall then adj tie rod sleeves till the toe in is even by getting the distance between the stick ends on the rear of the tire the same as the distance between the sticks on the front of the car & want roughly the same amount of threads showing on all the tie rod ends. hold a 2 ft carpenters lever vertical on each sidewall starting with the rear eccentric turn it till the tire is vertical (zero camber). Lock the uca/lca cam bolts/front nuts. If this is a new suspension rebuild drive it for several miles to let everything settle then recheck tire/wheelwell (ride height) & readj as needed then head for the shop. With the barbells on the pass seat drive it onto the rack then pull the weights back to the dr seat as you exit the vehicle. Inform the man not to compensate for the dr body weight in his adjustments & why & have him tighten the UCA cam bolt nuts TIGHT when he's done & tell him not to change the ride height. Tell him to get as much positive caster as he can WITH zero camber (or maybe even a skosh neg) same on both sides & a skosh neg toe in (maybe a 1/16"). Watch him to make sure he tightens the LCA front stud nuts when he's done. Ask them to assign their grey haired tech to do your car & tip him a twenty ahead of time to get it right & indulge your requests. I think you want to do toe in after camber
