You'll probably need to ask a more specific question or try a search if you're just after general info.
There are a few good threads with info on the basic stuff.

This one as example,

I can't afford this. mark

Fresh start? Tune it like a 4bbl. With that many cubes you'll probably want to bump up the jetting..maybe 68-70. I'd go 35 on the squirters and depending on cam and vacuum you might want to swap out the outboard springs. As for initial set up, I unhook the outboards, turn the mixture screws all the way in then back out 1 turn, fill the fuel bowl up, turn the idle screw a few and fire it. Once it's warmed up I'd bring the idle up to 2200 and set your advance..total timing (no vac advance). The I'd drop the idle speed down to 900-1000 and adjust your mixtures until you get best vacuum (you might need to turn the idle down again. Then check your initial timing.. 16-18*. Turn the car off and hook up your outboards. Have somebody floor it and make sure they open 100% and they don't get hung up on the gaskets. Then go for a ride and adjust as needed. You might need to go with a lower PV, maybe different springs, maybe try more advance. less advance.... usual stuff.
