That's Larry Hill. B/SA stocker. 440-6/auto. IIRC hes running 10.30/40's here, remember air has been 3800'+

He does alot of live post on classracer and has some info on his car in the build section. Cool car.

Edit-Jamie corrected me, the 71 tail lights are odd. Thanks.

I am sorry, it is a 440 6 pack car using a AAR hood.
Larry has used a shaker and this hood. NHRA has been a little liberal on hoods of the same year. Someday you may see a AVS 340 challenger with a TA hood. The one combination that may very interesting would a 1971 Challenger with a TA hood. There was some advertising for a TA that year but they were never produced.

There is a challenger out of NJ. that runs a T/A hood with a 383 in it. His name is Mike Farrell. I think his is G/SA owns the record @ I believe 10.67. I cant remember if it is a 70 or 71. Reason why I asked about the cuda was I am considering taking the plunge & putting a stocker motor together, & pull the hemi out for a while. The hemi shootout stuff is fun, but I believe you have to try 1 time.

Nice pics. I really like the black Demon and it looks like the Tueton (I think they own it) Cuda has the eng out of it ? Thats the red and yellow 68 Cuda with the flames on it. Thanks for the pics. Ron

Your right on the engine. A neat story as they took it out Thursday and loaned it to another SS/AH racer.
