I see lots of 69 Dart dash pads in various catalogs...are they the same as 68's?

Thanks

I think 68 is different. 68 has a lower dash pad that connects to the upper pad. I need an upper for my car as well.

68 is different, a couple of places supply them though. Bought one thru BA/E a couple of years ago. PG classics also supplies them.

Is it an actual pad or just a cap? All I can find is a dash "cap".

Make sure not to get the one that is a solid piece of poured rubber in a mold.

I don't think Dante's sells the original type kind with steel core, hard foam core, with formed vinyl skin around that foam core.

All of my pads are made on a steel core.

Is it made with the same materials and processes as the originals? Does it have a steel core also with foam core and also with seperate vinyl skin?

Is your pad a PG same source pad, Carolina Superstore/Ultimate Ride same source pad, or other?

I'm sorry if I did not remember correctly the types of pad you sell.

There have been members here that bought a-body pads that were not what that expected. Not saying they bought those from Dante's.

I think detailed descriptions explaining the makeup and composition of this product would be helpful for potentional buyers and put one parts seller above the rest. Maybe even a demonstration cut-away picture of an actual pad. Explain and demonstrate the product when there a bunch of very similar outward appearing products that are physically very different.
