Doug you are correct that it was a tough field. There were either 51 or 53 cars there and I think the top 7/8 qualified ran right on their dial and 2 or 3 of them were dead on 3 digits out Tightest field I have ever seen. Just glad I could pull out a class win and doing it on a hole shot in the final was awesome for this old man . Look out for the rest of this year Would have been real nice to win the Sunday race but 1st round went .002 red and the car ran right on the index
Great to be pitted with Doug and his super wife for the weekend (congrats again on the 35 years) and to hang out with my friend Walt and seeing Jim and Casey and many more friends.
