Depending on the manufacturer, (there are several) the diameter can vary from 13-1/2" to 15". The adapter you need is a smooth sided piece made just for A and B bodies to mount the Tuff wheel and the rimblow wheel. I have a few in stock if you need for $50.00 each with free shipping in the USA since you're a Moparts member. Check my site for details.

What makes the adapter unique to A- and B-bodies? It appears to be the same adapter as used on F/M/J-body cars.

It very well may be the same adapter. I don't know very much about the later body styles however I'ved heard the Red Express and Warlock trucks have a different shaft spline.

The Grant 846 will fit the original Tuff wheel/rimblow adapter. There's several versions now of the Tuff wheel. The Grant 846 is a nice one, but I don't know if it's the most correct appearing or not. There is one I handled at the Mopar Nats this year that appears to me to be dead on. It was at Dales's Cuda Shop.

Yes, we take PayPal. Thank you for your order.
