moparmikethree OP super stock M Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 710 Harrisburg Pa. 17112	Doing the Magnum heads on a LA 360 block. Which intake gaskets to use, LA style or Magnum or does it not matter. I have steel or fiber gaskets. What would you use

It goes on light/even & is exteremely tacky & holds gaskets in place & seals very well, part # 99MA. As you know the mag ports are smaller (318 sized) so get the right gaskets for your intake choice live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

goldmember master G Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 4,501 Gainesville,FL	Just a standard set of Magnum intake gaskets(grey graphite? material) is all that's needed. Attach the intake gasket to the head,Hi tack or other adhesive,not rtv,discard the end rail gaskets for a bead of RTV. Last edited by goldmember; 07/25/13 07:30 PM.
