I've been planning a 451 or 470 build, and wantto go with a solid cam. Been figuring the Comp XS282S, Then looked at Hughes menu..... Man, I like what I see in the numbers! Anybody have experience with their #4248 or #4652?
This is in a street / strip B Body with 3.91's and either a 3k or 35k converter.

I have a small cam from them and it is awesome. A big improvement over my engle cam. Great guys to work with too, in my opinion. Mine is a 3832 I think, much older about 02 or 03 I put it in. I also have pushrods and a complete kit from them for my engine. I will use them again.

I agree wholeheartedly. Great guys to work with and I have nothing but good to say about their cams and heads. I have friends here that are running there stuff in their dirt cars too and are happy with what they have been doing.
