Can someone get me a pic of all of the mounting hardware for the '68 barracuda trunk mouldings. I thought I had it all, but it looks like I may be missing some. In particular the pieces that are on the top edge of the top moulding.

Thanks!

In the pic of the trunk here, I am referring to the holes along the top edge. Should they be there? They look to be factory. But the brackets do not have anything to mount through those holes. Am I missing some mounting hardware?

Parts book lists:

3004225 Finish panel package deck lid upper (1)
6002391 retainer and seal (5)
6002393 retainer and seal (2)
6026523 nut (7)

I would assume 5 for the middle, and 2 different ones for the outside.

That's a 67 trunk lid.

Thanks, guys. Considering how much was done to this car and how rusty it was, it doesn't surprise me that it has a '67 trunk lid. Looks like I will need to fill in the '67 holes, as I don't want to incur the cost and hassle of finding a '68 and getting it all prepped and painted. Ugh.

I would say either way you are missing retainers. If you fill the holes, how will you keep the trim on?

All of the correct '68 holes are there, too.

My bet is its a 69 converted for 68 trim. 67 has the series of 10 holes for the middle panel which yours does not. Unless they have been filled...
Any signs of repairs from the backside?

Nothing on the backside. Maybe I should put the 69 trim on it. It already has the 69 stripes and gas cap! LOL
