There was a guy on Egag selling NOS Kelsey Hayes 14 inch steel rims in Mopar small bolt pattern a while back. The Dodge dog dish hubcaps with the red circle are being repopped now, but they're pricey.

all the NOS 14" small bolt rims I've seen on Egag were 4.5" wide, not 5.5"...
