The heads are 340 x heads with shaft style rockers. Where exactly are the spacers supposed to go ? As in any particular side of the rocker arm ? Is there a right or wrong way to install them ? Should there be a certain clearance when completed ? There is 12 to the kit.

Thanks Moparts !

Yep that is my set up..so I'm guessing start in the middle and work my way out adding spacers to aline the push rods in the center of the rockers ?

the outer spacers on the ends and the center spacer are the small one...

should not be hard to figure out where the two wider spacers go then...

also..the shafts have notches on the ends...they face down and toward your left went you install them...

driver side..down and towards front of car...which is your left..

passenger side..down and towards firewall...which is your left.

If you have the aftermarket real thin shims which I think I can barely see in the pic just mix/match them ANYWHERE along the shaft as needed to laterally align each rocker arm tip with the valve stem. Slide em on there as needed to reduce the clearance till you have ~.015" sideways clearance per pair (of rocker arms). As said shaft end notch goes down & to the rear on the pass side & down & to the front on the drivers side as this tilts the hidden bottom oiling holes in the shaft slightly (& correctly) toward the valve side
