Going to need a little more info than that, but yes if it has a Ford or Chevy or even a wrong mopar flywheel it will vibrate if out of balance.

When is it vibrating parked when you rev it up, or in gear driving?

If you have the flywheel balanced, have the clutch and pressure plate balanced with it/also.

How is it in gear!! You need to add more details!!! like is this a all new engine? Stock bell housing? Why was the flywheel replaced? Etc.etc. don't be afraid to type out a couple paragraphs about your cars history, setup, any past work done to it, if it always had this problem.....

1971 340 where internally balaced form the factory, the 1972 and 73 340 ad all 360 where externally balanced Take the flywheel and clutch pressure plate to a engine machine shop and have them check it for balance If it vibrates in neutral now with that flywheel and pressure plate and it DID NOT VIBRATE before the new parts are your problem, unless it has a tuning issue
