Damn ...99 beans for three days and that payout ... some of these other tracks should take note of that. How many cars showed-up for this? Norwalk shines again ... BTW is Kevin doing any of the PA work ?

Thanks guys. These kids are tough and he is a better racer than I will ever be. I'm not ready to give up the game yet but I have 2 sets of B1 heads and 2 sets of 440-1 heads sitting here for whenever he wants to step her up some. He is really into small tire racing so I see us putting something together one of these days.

Well he lost at 8 cars and I couldn't be prouder of him than I am right now. Down to 5 cars yesterday and 8 cars today against a tough, tough crowd. This is the second season on this engine that he built himself and beat on it in some high 80 degree weather for two straight days. He picked up another 300 dollars today as it paid out a little more than yesterday. He called and he's loading up for the 200 mile trip home. I wish I was there to give him a break as he's back to work in the morning. Not sure how fast he ended up going today but low 10.80's. Thanks all for the nice works and for routing him on.

It may be ugly, but it sure is slow.

Good job Matt, I was silently rooting for you all weekend. gotta stay nuetral, ya know. $99 to enter, $25 buyback each day, and almost 31,000 in guaranteed money. I announced 37 hours this weekend. Labor Day weekend, 10 grand nats (box race) pays 10k to win each day for $129. THAT race is a ZOO!!!

Nothing better than going to a track and hearing a great announcer.. Matt was killing it this weekend.. that car is also killer.. wish I could have pulled out a couple more rounds this weekend but in the money 2 out of 3 days isn't to bad.. Oh and having to run to summit on Saturday to buy headers wasn't a fun part of my weekend either...

#5 had a crack in it that was welded.. I thought it was good for one more weekend and it proved me wrong first time trial on Saturday.. it blew the tube about 75% off.. Was not fun in the heat.. but have to love great friends that had it off while I was making the 2 hour and 20 minute drive there and back.. and was in the lanes for first round.
