I recently upgraded to a firm feel steering box and now having problems getting the wheel to center. With the tie rod cuffs adjusted for max correction the wheel is about 30 degrees to the right with the front wheels straight. If the cuffs were centered like they should be I'd probably be close to a quarter turn to the right. With a master spline on the wheel and box I'm wondering what the heck I can do? Hope there's not a problem with the new box. The car drives absolutely fantastic.

I'd start by checking that with the box halfway between lock to lock the spline is at 12 0'clock. If not you'd want to recut it then install the col/wheel spokes centered then adj the tie rods for the toe in. If the spline is correct as is then the spokes will be correct or if need be reclock the coupler till it is (with the box still centered) then adj the toe in. #1 you want the box halfway between lock to lock
