with a bore of only 4.1875, will i have issues with eddy rpm's on a 413?
the 2.14 1.81 valves don't leave much room.

The heads on my 413 now are 906's with 2.14/1.81 valves and they fit fine. (I have a pair of Eddy RPM's for it, just haven't put them on yet.)

Wouldn't bore notching be a plus in that case?
I bet those heads would roar on a 413, right out of the box. good cfm for a mill that size

Do these come with head bolts? looking at summit's website, it makes no mention of them. If not, whats a good set to use? Thanks.

Might work. Valve shrouding problem and bore notch. Other than those issues, should make decent power in stock form, a lot more modified IMO.
