I cant tell from the pic but I belive that C body HP manifolds (at least 70 and later) have fins on them to direct heat to a baffle to the carb.

it's a 68 69 manifold
Hard to see in the pic but the down pipe section where the e-pipe flange is looks to be angled back and out like a C-body. B-bodies are straight down.
