70AARcuda master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 9,826 las vegas	got a pair of 4780 metering blocks also.. both stamped 4780-2 and one has a 8551 stamped on primary block and the secondary block has 8620 stamped on it... they came off the same carb years ago. Matches the info I posted. 4780-2 seems to be consistent.

My Sec block # is way off the # posted for the same carb. Keith, did your 800DP work fine with those blocks in it? If so, send me a PM if you want to sell them or just the Primary. I'm just stubborn enough to want this 800 to work properly.

Dunnuck Racing master Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 3,300 Northern Indiana	These blocks were on a customer's engine when it came in for some work,he ran it for a couple seasons. I switched it over to some with adjustable emulsion because it was rich in the mid range when jetting for top end horsepower. Might be because they were wrong for the carburetor.
