Would someone with access to
Chrysler number of vehicles built data
look up how many
1995 Ram pickups were built
with the T in the eighth digit (engine) of the VIN ?

T means a CNG fuel 5.2 V8
according to the official
"1995 Service Manual Supplement - Compressed Natural Gas - Ram Truck"
Service Publication 81-370-5108A
