I will be at the Spring Fling show in Los Angeles this weekend keeping my eyes open for an aftermarket 392 hemi 2x4 intake. I've seen the Offys, Weiands, and Hot Heads versions. Were there any others, say Edelbrock? Haven't seen any. I haven't seen a 392 tunnel ram either.

now that you mention it, the only edelbrock manifold i have seen for those was a 3-2bb. also, there were a few 6-2bbl "build-it-yourself" log manifolds from various manufacturers, but i'm not sure edelbrock was even into those kits. the 2-4 offy intake i have was bought at the hershey swap meet 40 some years ago for $20............

$20! I wish. Everything I see these days is around $300. If I see something for $200 i'm gonna jump on it.

I don't believe that I have seen a one piece Offy for a Chrysler hemi, just Dodge and Desoto. Edmunds made some intakes for the Chrysler, as did Horne. Edelbrock made several, but not a 2x4. What kind of goal do you have in mind?

Here are a few. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=373529&highlight=hemi+intake+picture

A.I.U. made a tunnel ram years ago. It was replicated by P.A.W. until they went under. Hot Heads is the only one producing one now.

I haven't every seen one as far as E-brock making 2x4 intake for the Early Chryslers.

Sorry, been out of touch for awhile. So the only real options(barring spacers) for an aftermarket 2x4 intake for a 392 are Weiand and Hot Heads? Is that correct? I would sure love to have one of those tunnel rams that TR shows. 4 and 6 2bbl setups are way too exspensive for me. It's cheaper to put a blower on it!

The Weiand and HotHeads are all that are currently available.

Problem solved! Blowers almost always come with 2x4 top.

Save your $$$$$$$ and talk to Hogan.

I typed this and then remembered a friend from the old days who had an 8 stack injector setup for 354. He's long gone, but I am thinking the 8 stack Hilborn system with electronic injection would be way past cool.

I would love to go stack EFI. Problem is that it is around $5000.
