Is this possible using the std cab lb frame? I can bob the rear of the frame behind the wheels just wondering if its possible? I have a Std cab lb plow truck and Im getting a clubcab roller from a member. I intend to use that cab on my wifes truck do to rust front mice above the door opening BUT the cab is good enough for my plow truck so I figured I could Swap the cab over and possibly use a Short bed front my clubcab that Im swapping to a stepside. Thanks

I'm sure you can. It all comes down to moving the cab mounts. And I believe the cross member behind the cab is in a different location. But you have both frames to measure, correct?

Yeah I found a chart. I just might swap them. 2" gap don't bother me none

The rise in the frame is in a different location on the reg cab. Its the same issue with putting a crew cab short bed on a club cab long bed frame or a reg cab on a ramcharger frame. You either have to use a body lift or channel the cab for the hump.

Bodye lift Won't be of much use when the rear cab mount needs moved any way. the rise is in the same spot its behind it were the frame is made longer
