I have control arms off a 92 D350 dually diesel truck, so I hope they interchange and I ordered ball joints for a 4000# front end. I hope the right parts are coming.

You should be fine. I believe its 3800-4000. All diesels are 1 tons. Control arms should swap without any trouble.
