My buddies recently restored 70 Challenger has a problem with the turn signals and 4-way flashers. When you turn one of them on they work fine when looking at the signals outside of the car. Inside the car on the light in the dash they work fine for about 10 seconds and then they start missing blinks and eractic blinks. Outside the car they always work fine. Any ideas?

Sounds like a dash bulb or grounding issue...
