Hi. What year of 440 block should I be looking for to put in a 65 Belvedere, what to make top end Max Wedge Cross Ram. Thanks

As far as block integrity any year would work fine. Other than a basic 30 over rebuild you could magnaflux/sonic check/water pressure check to confirm your starting with a good foundation. You might read Andy's thin wall debunk info in the archives

69 1/2 and up are actually better as they added a stiffening rib to the side of the block in 1969 to help prevent cracking between the frost plugs.

other than a bad block with a lot of core shift (can happen in any year) later are dang good blocks!

It talks about the better "main saddle support", as cast, when each block is poured.
