Can you tell what kind of car this shifter cam from? It has the bayonet style mount. Also its value. Thanks

Look for a 4-digit number stamped into the Reverse lever.

Yowza. That is one funky offset! Definitely not from a Mopar van.

I don't think that's for a Mopar application.

That offset is usually found on shifters for Camaro's or Firebirds and a few other GM products. I haven't seen any Mopar with that set up.

Saganaw 4 speed. Looks just like the one I had in a 73 Camero. wrecked those Saganaw trans in that
Camero about 5 times. Then came a "74 360 3 speed Dart, was a lot more fun, lasted longer and was
just as fast. High school DAZE!!!

69-73 FORD Mustang, Torino, Ranchero, Boss 302, 351, 429 etc.

The serial number stamped along the front side, rear (outboard side when installed) should have a letter in it identifying it as a factory installed unit in one of the aforementioned model cars; the letter has no other significance other than it was a factory piece.
