I have the rear sump truck pan on the 383 Mag in my Power Wagon. The sump measures 5.5" high from the bottom of the rail to the bottom of the sump. Is this a 6 quart pan or a 4 quart pan? I know Mopar Performance sells a 6 quart truck pan kit, but am not sure if this is what's on my truck?

I thought that's what mine holds & guess I'll just drain it & count the quarts as I refill to the correct level on the dipstick. I just didn't want to go thru all of that if I could find out how tall a 6 qt pan sump is. Maybe I'll just go over to Summit & measure the MP 6 qt sump. Problem is after changing the heads, cam & rear main seal, I'm trying to chase some small leaks & mistakenly overfilled the pan thinking I was loosing a lot of oil. That really caused huge leakage, so hope I didn't damage anything. Drained 2 qts & that stopped most of the leaks.
