Yes I have, you need to make sure that both the heads and block have the correct or smoother finish, RA # on them for any of the MLS, Multi Layer Steel, nitrile rubber coated gaskest to seal properly and not leak coolant between the heads and block. I learned that the hard way on a new Mopar replacement 426 block I built for a customer, it leaked coolant out of all four lower head corners do to a stock rough deck finish Contact Cometic for the correct RA finish number I've used them since on several B and RB stroker motors that had the correct deck and head surface finsh and they work and seal very well

They call for a 50 RA or better. I am using the Cometic .027" gaskets with Stealth heads. I called 440 Source to make sure the finish was ok for them before I assembled the engine, and my block was definitely smoother. Unfortunately, after about 1000 miles they started seeping oil (no coolant though). I called Cometic about it and they recommended retorquing the heads, even though you're not supposed to have to with these gaskets. If I had to do it again, I would use some copper spray on them also. If you do a Google search on the topic, you will find that people have had good luck doing that.
