696pack mopar 6 Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 511 AZ.	The factory sales option code for 1969 model year for console is C16 and C21 for buddy seat. It is a Lynch Road thing only as far as I know that it never used the C21 code and an unsolved mystery as to why. The fender tag for LR cars shows things for options that need to have things done to the body for their install at the "body in white" stage. The example of console or buddy seat is a good example. The body needs a hole in the floor (different depending if auto or manual) and brackets welded to the floor for a floor shifted console car. A buddy seat car needs brackets welded to the floor. Line workers still had to consult B.S. to determine which items. Last edited by 696pack; 03/16/13 04:23 PM.
