Your correct, I didn't see the "I have a set of twelve inch rims, can I run 275x60x15 radials on them" Of course you can Put them rascals on and mark the rim and tire with some shoe polish or other fluids that will stay on for a while and see if the tires move on the rims, make sure and don't run them with less than 18 lbs of air pressure, more is better on the wider rims
