383'D OP member 3 Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 73 ogletownpa	My 98 1500 ram wipers wont start immediatly after turning the switch on after it sits overnight.If I leave the switch on ,it will start after 30 seconds or so . All the delays and high and low work fine then.Its been doing this for 2 weeks and I need to find the problem. I tried banging on the switch and relay box under the hood but that had no effect.Im thinking maybe the cluster switch is the problem.
