There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama & people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good.

Full vinyl tops were not available on the Road Runner. You could get Halo tops or Canopy tops. I'll try to dig up some pics.

I don't claim to know 73s very well, but one of the members on the roadrunnernest just recently sold a TX9/V1X (black with full black vinyl top) 73 road runner, coded that way on the fender tag...so they must have built a few!

I believe that is the Halo top. It doesn't go all the way to the edge of the roof above the doors and around the side windows.

2 doors got the Halos Tops which were coded V1 (just to confuse eveybody). The sedans with V1 got a full vinyl top. The Canopy tops on the 2 doors werecoded V4.

That's correct. The car I posted also has one.
