On a 59 you can actually see the oil galley through the lifter bores just like a stock block. On a 48 you cannot. That is why you have to drill the oil feed holes from the oil galley to the lifter bores on virgin blocks. Leon Career best 8.02 @ 169 at 3050# and 10" tires small block power.
