Several of us made the journey yesterday to Crandall, Dallas Raceway.Three Mopars & a T/S vette. One more time for me before I get real busy with work.Made about 6 passes and went 2 5.691 @ 117. This is about a tenth faster than it was in Vegas in the fall. The car was living up to its name w/ lots of BIG wheelstands. I kept adding preload to keep it straight. I know the wall was getting very close t but no contact. Its time to serously look at a glide! After about the 6th pass noticed the oil pressure only about 18-20# at idle.I opened my system 1 filter and had too many aluminium flakes to keep me happy.I use a big kevco pan and accumulator. I guess I'll pull the motor back out. Hopefully its not injured too bad. This is my big SB w/BPE 4 1/4 crank,IMM Indy heads SV-1 904 3.89. The other mopars ran well The Nalls went some 5.30s w/ 572 Avenger. They were going to try some spray but it never worked as planned. E. Smith 64 Fury went 6.12-13s and went 4 rounds. The Joker vette couldnt hold the track w/ spray but went 4.5 or 4.6 on motor. Its just plain FAST! Hope I didnt bore everyone but had some fun! Maybe things arent injured too bad.

I was there for a short time. Went 5.94@114 right off the trailer but it turns out that my driveshaft is to close to the transmission because I broke the tailshaft housing on that pass. Was going to try and jet up a little and see if the Challenger would like it but didn't get the chance. Your car is flying!!!

Sounds like you were also flying. Is your challenger also a SB? Are you going to Houston or Baton Rouge? If so GOOD LUCK!!

My Dart Sport is a sb car and it runs 6.0's. The Challenger is a big block car and I run them both on e85. I may be going to Baytown.
