Too many variables. Depends on make, model, condition of bumpers. Your best bet would be to call someone in your area and get a quote. Alot of guys on the board prefer this company:

I don't know about your area but in Seattle I paid $650 for a rear Cuda bumper and the two bumperettes. I would think a shop (here) would quote about $1200-$1400 for both bumps and handles

Hello. Just send your cores to Tri-City platers and pick them back up at spring Carlisle. I see you are from Clarks Summit, so it's not too far. I think they should be less than $300 each and Tri-City's work is great. They also stand behind their work. Ask for Chuck. As for the door handles, I would just buy new ones. They are readily available. I assume these are for your E-bodys, right?

I'm not sure how close you are to Buffalo, NY. In Buffalo there is Cambridge Custom Chrome, 800-268-9935. The buffalo address is a pick-up point, they take them to Canada. I have seen their work it's excellent and they do repairs without extra charge.
If you want to drive to Toronto, the other is in Concord,Ont. called The Plating House. A good local Rochester resto shop uses them, I've only talked with them on the phone, 416-661-3964.
My prices are about a year old, you'll have to call them. I have written $400-500.
