Hey guys...I have a small brazed repair probably halfway point down along on one of my header tubes...the repair isnt a hole, it was just thin where a castle nut rubbed on it and I just filled it a little. Going to send these to QC coatings pretty soon and now Im second guessing this little spot. Ive had brazed up headers before and nothing moved. QC said it was no problem for the ceramic to stick there. Would you roll with it?

I have no doubt it will stick, Im just wondering if the brazing will stand the heat...

It wont be a problem... really the hottest point in
the tubes is the out side radius on the first bend and
thats down to about 1100*... if Bill said it was no
problem for his coating.. it wont be
