Thanks.
I have always liked Auto Drags better. I like Super Tricks better than both of them.

Yes it is. Farm traffic and, well, farm traffic. Frequently I break the silence with a chain saw, (or a big block Mopar).

That car just look like it's fun to play with! It really reminds me of my first Bee when I was 19.

Finally got it out this past weekend, and true to form, the pickup coil went out. Waiting on one from Rock Auto. Maybe this weekend I'll get to play with it. Scored a cheap power steering pump pulley since the one I picked up at the Nats was bent and shook the alternator bolts out of it. So I'll hopefully get it changed out this weekend. Carb is rebuilt, and now I'm down to an oil change and a set of plugs (and the aforementioned pickup coil) from driving it.

Dirty, but it will get a bath this weekend.

That sounds like fun. I finally get to tinker with it today. Got the pickup coil in and all my other chores done, now it's Bee time.

It's been a while since I added anything. I think this build got WAY off track, and what started out as a low buck, throw-it-together-and-enjoy-it snowballed into spending a ton on drivetrain upgrades.
I had to step back and get more focused, but I think my vision for the car is more clear now.
I sold some of the parts out of it because sometimes I don't think things through, but I'm hoping to make some improvements to it in the coming months.
I bought a 400 block last January and started putting together a 512 for it.

Got it broken in.

It sounds pretty good. But I'm pretty tired of pulling engines in and out of it.

I did something I never thought I would, and put some steel wheels on it.

Then added some caps.

I don't think it looks bad. But there is a LOT of black on the car. I will either go with a new set of slots, a set of Cragars, or some Billet Specialties.

In 2018 my plan is to fix the left inner fender, paint the engine bay, weld up my floor pans, repair the trunk floor and rear tail panel, and then put it back together for some action in 2019. As soon as my new shop is finished, the progress will pick up. luck

Interesting, Yes I prefer the slots or some Cragars on it for some flash I think. This is one of my favorite cars on Moparts.

I really think the slots looked the best on it. Even though I LOVED the Centerlines.
