Hello everyone! I know this has been asked in the past! I searched previous posts, and only found some older ones, so I'm asking again. Has anyone purchased from RockAuto? They have the 2 different type's ie: 80/20 and what I'd call high pile type. Looks like Essex brand, ACC part. I want it to fit nice. My car isn't a 100% resto either. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know. Thanks in advance! Jeff

I have never had a problem with the fit on the E bodies. However, I have gotten some that sunfaded, in my opinion, much too soon. Unfortunately, I do not know who made the faded carpets. I am about to look for a third set in 14 years.

I've had the fade problem too. I believe it was ACC. My black turned purple just sitting in the garage. That was around 15 years ago or so. A more recent purchase (maybe 5 years) has held up well.

Call Motor Parts South, and talk to Geoff or Dennis. (704) 435-2692 Tell them you want the good carpet they sell, and they will hook you up with some nice carpet that fits well and doesn't fade. Tell them Jackie sent you.

Thanks for the reply's everyone, and thanks Jackie for the phone #. Still like to know why there are so many different prices everywhere. Quality? just the vendor's overhead? and the RockAuto two different types. Maybe someone in the know will chime in. Thanks, Jeff
