Since I am ditching the t bars right now would be ok to just cut a slice thru the inner fender and weld a 1/8" plate to the upper mount and just to the snout bar and be good enough support...

i didn't want the bars in the engine compartment and although an ebody you get the idea

Take a look at how Purple Haze from over on FABO reinforced his shockmount area.

thx for the pics! topbrent my bar is tighter to inner fender but may be able to do that just gotta worry about dr. side as those propart 2 1/8" is close in that area and how you gotta swing them into the car also which was why I was thinking high side of bar maybe.. gives me some more things to think about also...
